They can be found in these places: Benkongerike (first part of the caves), in the passage before the huge room with bridges. To appease the priestesses of Dibella, I have agreed to find the young girl who will be their next Sybil. The Markarth temple only allowing priestesses doesn't mean there aren't priests in other temples, and it doesn't prevent non-priest and -priestess followers.
