exe file by right-clicking on it and choosing 'Run as Administrator'. Haven't been back and updated since then though, so would be nice to see a nice modlist/load order. I had a Fallout3/NV/TTW install setup back in 2017 with a few others. The videos are fine to get an idea but they fall a long way short of the problems that you will come across. There are videos on this but no written way to do it. I might add that there is a lot to do and it is time consuming and you will need to be able to d/l mods from Nexus.
